Community Building

     Through inter-agency networks and other community organizations, the HDC actively promotes the strengthening of new Canadian community groups, community self-sustainability.

Policy Analysis

     Analyses of governmental and non-governmental sectors, and their impact on the Latin-American community are conducted. HDC is an active participant in all of the discussions related to the community building in the New City of Toronto, and in specific areas of interest such as formulation of strategies to prevent homelessness, topics surrounding youth gangs, gender and health studies.
